We're humans, building better communities by building better brands.
A brand isn't a logo. Everybody knows that by now, and most of it still gets sold as one. What a brand really does is decide whether somebody trusts you before they've met you, and that decision doesn't stay inside your business. It shows up in who gets hired, who gets served, and which part of town gets the good work. So who is your brand actually serving? Humans building for people. Everything else is decoration.
Our own refresh is taking longer than we quoted ourselves. Turns out we're difficult clients.
